About Us

The Confidence Beauty Co. was created in 2018 in order to provide quality, online beauty education to the every day woman.

We wanted to create a space where real, everyday women could feel equipped and empowered to gain the skills to feel confident.

We have undergone a few changes since our launch and have come to a place where we are able to equip and support our community well.

Our founder, Jaime McLaughlin, has been a professional hair and makeup artist since 2006. She has completed many certifications in the beauty industry and loves being a beauty educator.
